Personal Lines Account Executive
C. Winchell Agency, Inc.
Description : Meets agency's objectives for client service, account development and placement of business. Aligns with strategic plan goals. Services all clients as VIP status. Handles all phone calls, outside client visits and walk-in activity by clients and carriers. Working with clients to perform re-markets, answer questions regarding coverages and ensuring the coverages meets the needs of the client, cross sell to other departments. New accounts, rounding, renewals. Delegates tasks to others within the agency and ReSourcePro as appropriate. Attends networking events and carrier seminars. Proficient in duties of the Assistant Account Executive. Mentor for less experienced staff within the Personal Lines department. Any other duties or projects that may be assigned by Agency Management. Requirements : NY or NJ Property & Casualty License required. Minimum of (1) year High Net Worth carrier experience. At least (3) years of Account Executive experience. Bachelor's degree preferred. Proficient in Office 360 applications and Chubb, AIG, Pure and Cincinnati websites. Knowledge of EPIC preferred. Must be willing to obtain insurance designation per agency standards. C. Winchell Agency, Inc.
