What You'll Do

Lead daily operations of a busy dental practice
Coach, mentor, and develop front office and clinical team members
Drive schedule optimization, production, and collections performance
Oversee insurance processing, treatment coordination, and accounts receivable
Maintain OSHA, HIPAA, and operational compliance standards
Foster a positive, accountable, patient-centered culture

What We're Looking For

3+ years of Dental Office Manager experience
Strong knowledge of dental insurance, billing, scheduling, and treatment presentation
Proven leadership and team development skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Stable employment history with demonstrated career growth
Denticon experience preferred but not required
