About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Staffing with a strong background in IT and engineering staffing. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all sales, recruiting, delivery, and operational performance across a multi-market staffing organization. This role requires a proven track record in driving profitable revenue growth, expanding client relationships, and developing new markets. The SVP will also be tasked with building and mentoring regional leadership teams, improving productivity through operational metrics, and developing strategic growth plans for under-leveraged markets. A key aspect of the position is to foster collaboration across various teams and to partner with executive leadership on acquisitions, expansion opportunities, and long-term business strategy. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of staffing industry leadership experience, with a preference for those with a background in IT staffing, technology consulting, engineering staffing, or professional staffing. The role demands a leader with strong executive presence, the ability to inspire and develop leaders, and a highly analytical approach to decision-making. Required skills include executive leadership, sales leadership, recruiting and delivery leadership, strategic planning, operational excellence, financial and P&L management, multi-branch leadership, and talent development. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and the candidate should have a history of growing revenue while improving profitability, as well as experience in managing multi-location staffing operations with full P&L responsibility.
