Construction Controller - Finance Partner to CFO (Hybrid)

Hixen Search Group is seeking a Construction Controller to serve as the right-hand to the CFO and oversee the construction accounting team. The role owns the monthly close, budgeting, forecasting, and internal reporting for the division, with a focus on process improvements as growth continues. CPA and construction experience are strongly preferred.
