Relevant Experiences

• Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably for a product-based company.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work remotely with an overlap with Norwegian and Philippines business hours.
• Experience managing customer inquiries across multiple platforms like email, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Capable of responding to all inquiries within a 24-hour timeframe.
• Tech-savvy and able to learn new software and troubleshoot basic technical issues.

About The Job

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our partner, AUK, a leader in smart indoor gardening. You will be the first point of contact for a global community of over 50,000 customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring a seamless experience from purchase to harvest. Manage and respond to customer inquiries across email, Facebook, and Instagram with a high degree of professionalism. Troubleshoot product usage questions and technical issues for AUK's innovative smart gardens. Assist customers with order status, payments, shipping queries, and delivery information. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely, accurate, and helpful responses. Document customer interactions and feedback to help AUK's product and service improvement cycles.
