Joint Revival Physical Therapy & Wellness is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in West McLean, Virginia. In this full-time role, you will be pivotal in helping our patients achieve their rehabilitation goals and enhance their overall quality of life through personalized physical therapy interventions. Work Environment

This is an onsite position based at our modern rehabilitation center located in West McLean, Virginia. Our facility is equipped with the latest technology and therapeutic tools designed to support the recovery process and rehabilitation of our patients. The work schedule is 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday, allowing you to maintain a professional and balanced lifestyle while making a difference in your patients' lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized assessment and treatment plans tailored to address the unique rehabilitation goals and needs of each patient.
• Manage a reasonable caseload, ensuring each patient receives thorough attention and care during every session.
• Utilize your expertise in orthopedic outpatient care to develop effective rehabilitation strategies, emphasizing non-surgical interventions.
• Create comprehensive care plans that incorporate a variety of treatment techniques, including manual therapy and exercise programs.
• Provide evidence-based interventions for personalized treatment, applying the latest research to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
• Monitor and evaluate patients' progress continuously, making necessary adjustments to their treatment plans based on their recovery trajectories.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to each patient's care.
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, fostering a positive and supportive healing environment.
• Document all services provided accurately using EMR systems, specifically Web PT, to ensure comprehensive patient records.
• Promote overall wellness by offering guidance on fitness, strength, flexibility, and injury prevention to enhance daily living activities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from sports injuries, orthopedic surgeries, chronic pain conditions, and other musculoskeletal disorders. You will be instrumental in improving their functional capabilities, mobility, and overall quality of life. Your commitment to providing patient-centered care will ensure that every individual feels valued and understood throughout their rehabilitation process.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• An active physical therapy license in Virginia with no disciplinary actions or board proceedings.
• Demonstrated proficiency in multiple manual therapy techniques and the ability to design and implement successful exercise regimens.
• Familiarity with EMR software applications, particularly Web PT, to maintain organized and accurate patient documentation.
• Strong foundational knowledge of contemporary physical therapy practices supported by current research.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings, particularly in sports medicine rehabilitation.
• Proven track record of developing and executing effective patient-specific therapeutic interventions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment with a focus on integrated healthcare.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 , commensurate with experience.
