Joint Revival Physical Therapy & Wellness is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinic team in Fairfax, Virginia. Work Environment

This position is based at our modern rehabilitation center located in Fairfax, Virginia. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing you to maintain a balanced work-life dynamic while actively engaging with patients in a supportive outpatient environment. Our facility is designed to promote patient comfort and recovery, equipped with advanced therapeutic technologies and resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized physical therapy treatment to patients, utilizing various modalities that cater to their individual needs and rehabilitation goals.
• Maintain an optimal patient load to ensure that each patient receives the focused attention necessary for effective treatment.
• Apply expertise in orthopedic outpatient care, utilizing in-depth knowledge garnered from previous experiences in similar roles.
• Develop and implement customized care plans that encompass a variety of treatments, utilizing evidence-based practices to achieve optimal results.
• Encourage and motivate patients through their treatment journey, reinforcing their progress while promoting self-efficacy.
• Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure alignment with recovery objectives.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment sessions accurately using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, specifically Web PT, to maintain compliance and coordinate care effectively.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and wellness coaches, to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic primarily focuses on patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and chronic pain conditions. You will be working with a diverse population ranging from athletes seeking sports rehabilitation to older adults in need of mobility recovery. Your role will be crucial in not only restoring physical functionality but also educating patients on maintaining a healthy lifestyle and preventing future injuries.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is mandatory.
• An active and impeccable Physical Therapist license with no history of sanctions or board proceedings is required.
• Strong competency in a variety of manual therapy techniques and rehabilitative exercises, designed to foster patient recovery.
• Proficient in using EMR software, especially Web PT, for accurate and thorough documentation of patient care.
• Updated knowledge of current physical therapy practices and research in the field to inform treatment strategies.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in outpatient settings, particularly in orthopedic therapy.
• Experience in implementing evidence-based exercise programs that promote patient engagement and successful outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team and manage a diverse patient caseload.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
