Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Conduct thorough evaluations for patients referred by their physicians, developing tailored treatment plans that meet their specific rehabilitation needs.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions while monitoring patient progress to optimize functional outcomes.
• Facilitate treatment for a diverse patient population, including those with orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine conditions.
• Leverage your clinical expertise and comfort with various modalities, therapeutic techniques, and exercise programs to provide holistic care.
• Establish collaborative relationships with patients, conducting patient and caregiver education to promote self-management strategies.
• Document and maintain accurate records of patient care and progress according to clinic protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
• Participate in regular team meetings aimed at improving treatment methodologies and overall patient care quality.

Qualifications

The following qualifications are required and will be evaluated during the hiring process:

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A valid state license as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) issued by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a clinical physical therapy setting.
• A current certification in CPR.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a strong base salary, we provide the following benefits:
