Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.

• Engage with clients to establish personalized mental health goals, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques.

• Provide emotional support and immediate crisis intervention when necessary, deploying strategies to manage distress.

• Maintain thorough, compliant, and accurate client records in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring consistency in documentation and client confidentiality.

• Participate in team meetings, contribute to collaborative problem-solving, and share insights on client progress and treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will be working with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Active California license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in therapy or mental health counseling, demonstrating the ability to effectively support and guide clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote service delivery models.
