Event Coordinator

This position supports the planning and coordination of events, meetings, webinars, and member activities. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with people while managing multiple priorities. Hours: Part-Time (25–30 hours per week) Location: Onsite Responsibilities: Assist with planning and coordinating events, meetings, webinars, and conferences. Manage event registrations and attendee communications. Coordinate event logistics, including vendors, venues, materials, and onsite support. Help maintain event marketing materials and communications. Collect feedback from attendees and assist with event reporting. Support member communications and administrative tasks. Maintain accurate records and update information in the company database/CRM. Provide general administrative support to the Member Services team. Qualifications: 1+ years of experience coordinating events, meetings, marketing activities, or related administrative support. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams). Experience with event registration systems, CRM databases, Canva, or similar tools is a plus. Customer service mindset with strong attention to detail. Compensation: Compensation: $18-$20 an hour.
