Join our mission-driven team as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO), a senior executive role reporting directly to the Founder and CEO. This is an on-site role based in Clearwater, Florida, working in close partnership with the Founder, CEO, and executive leadership team to drive financial strategy, major initiatives, and company-wide execution. As CFO, you will lead the financial strategy, planning, and operations of hellocare, ensuring that our rapid growth is underpinned by strong financial discipline and scalable processes. Reporting: Provide comprehensive financial reports to the CEO, Board of Directors, and other stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accuracy. Your Profile: Experience: 5+ years of senior financial leadership experience, ideally in the healthcare, technology, or telehealth sectors. Expertise: Demonstrated success in financial strategy, capital management, and operational efficiency. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of healthcare finance, including regulatory environments and reimbursement models. Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights. Leadership: Proven experience building and leading high-performing teams. Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders.
