Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage/Family Therapy, or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Full-time therapists at Intercare Health Services can expect an annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
