Commercial Route Manager

Sprague Pest Solutions is seeking a Route Manager to protect public health and maintain pest‑free environments for commercial clients across industries such as retail, food service, and logistics. What You’ll Do: Own a dedicated route of commercial clients and deliver expert pest control and inspection services. Tackle pest challenges by responding quickly to service requests and complaints with professionalism and precision. Adapt to client needs with a flexible schedule, including urgent and unscheduled services. Grow the business by spotting opportunities, securing referrals, and supporting sales teams with qualified leads. Maintain a clean, safe, and fully stocked company vehicle reflecting professionalism. What You Bring: High school diploma or equivalent; at least 2+ years in route sales, facilities, janitorial, landscaping, environmental services, or hospitality. Valid driver’s license with clean driving record. Strong communication and time‑management skills. Problem‑solving mindset and ability to learn and grow. Experience in pest control, landscaping, agriculture, or food production (Nice to haves). Pest control or safety certifications (Nice to haves). Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, stoop, crawl, and operate in various weather conditions. Pass background checks, DOT physical, and 5‑panel drug screen.
