Senior Program Manager

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Program Manager in Fort Washington, PA.Responsibilities:

• Lead large-scale business and technology initiatives from planning through implementation
• Partner with stakeholders to define objectives, timelines, and success metrics
• Manage project plans, risks, dependencies, and cross-functional coordination
• Facilitate leadership meetings, governance reviews, and decision-making sessions
• Prepare executive presentations, program updates, and strategic recommendations
• Support organizational change, operational readiness, and business process improvements
• Drive accountability and ensure projects deliver expected business outcomes

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 7+ years of project, program, or transformation management experience
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in a corporate environment
• Mortgage industry experience, including lending or servicing operations, is highly preferred
• Experience influencing teams and driving results without direct authority
• Strong executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• PMP certification is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.


We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
