Qualifications:

• Experience as a Paraprofessional in a school setting, preferably K-12
• Behavioral support experience essential

• High school diploma or GED required; relevant certifications a plus
• Adaptability and a patient, encouraging demeanor in fast-paced environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide academic and behavioral support for students both one-on-one and in group settings
• Assist classroom teachers in implementing lesson plans and modifying materials for students with diverse needs
• Monitor student progress and behavior, collaborating with teachers to develop strategies for success
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and motivating classroom atmosphere
• Support students with physical or emotional needs as directed by educational staff
