I’m running a confidential search for a Pre-Suit Attorney with a well-established national plaintiffs’ firm in Nashville, Tennessee. Most pre-suit postings are volume grinds with no ceiling. This one is different: $110,000–$125,000 base, plus up to $2,000/month in performance bonuses — that’s up to $24k/year on top. You lead a team. You’ll manage 6–10 case managers, own the KPIs, and run the pre-suit operation — not just work a desk. It’s a launchpad, not a dead end. You handle the flip-to-litigation approvals, and the firm wants someone who ultimately wants a seat on a trial team. Day to day: settlement negotiations and demand packages, pre-litigation drafting and filings, liability approvals, EUOs and PIP statements, and guiding clients through the process — primarily motor vehicle cases. What we’re looking for: Tennessee Bar in good standing, 2+ years of personal injury experience, strong leadership and client communication skills, and comfort managing a high-volume docket.
