Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via secure virtual platforms, ensuring client confidentiality and adherence to ethical standards.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the specific emotional and behavioral concerns of clients, utilizing evidence-based modalities.

• Regularly evaluate and document client progress, adapting intervention strategies as necessary to ensure the most effective treatment outcomes.

• Provide expert guidance on coping mechanisms and strategies for improving mental health and emotional resilience.

• Engage in regular supervision and attend team meetings to share insights, receive feedback, and enhance clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele ranges widely and includes individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health challenges. As an LMFT, you will play an essential role in assisting clients at various stages of their therapeutic journey, helping them discover and implement healthier coping strategies and improving their overall mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field accredited by the appropriate professional body.

• A current and valid LMFT license in the state of California.
\n
• Demonstrable experience in providing clinical therapy and developing treatment plans, with a minimum of two years of relevant practice.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to cultivate a trusting therapeutic rapport with diverse populations.

• Proficient in using telehealth technology and virtual therapy platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with family therapy, couples counseling, and crisis intervention techniques.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

• Previous experience working in outpatient mental health settings will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
