Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Utilize our all-in-one telehealth platform to facilitate therapy sessions through various communication methods, including video, audio, online journals, and goal tracking.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, documenting ongoing progress and adapting treatment strategies as necessary.

• Engage in continuous professional development, attending virtual workshops and contributing to peer consultations through our extensive network of over 10,000 therapists.

• Ensure that client referrals are managed efficiently, with a focus on stable, low-acuity patients who benefit from outpatient therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary client focus will be on adults facing issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship difficulties, and grief. Our platform specifically screens clients to ensure they are suitable for remote counseling services, allowing you to concentrate on providing quality therapy without the challenges posed by severe mental health conditions or children.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A valid, full independent LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor) license in the state of California, without any disciplinary action.

• A reliable internet connection along with a working phone and computer or laptop (tablets are not supported).

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with telehealth services, including familiarity with online therapy platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n

South Pine Counseling Center offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
