Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions tailored to meet the needs of clients across various demographics, ensuring adherence to established treatment protocols.

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to accurately evaluate client needs, followed by the development of personalized treatment plans and weekly goal-setting processes.

• Maintain meticulous documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge plans, to comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Engage in open communication with clients’ families, collaborating with other professionals and organizations as needed to facilitate continuity of care and successful transitions.

• Establish comprehensive aftercare plans to support clients post-discharge, including resources and referrals to community services as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals and families who may be experiencing difficulties stemming from trauma, stress, depression, anxiety, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is essential.

• Active LMFT license issued by the State of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
