Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop tailored treatment plans that address the specific needs of clients.

• Provide expert therapeutic interventions utilizing a variety of evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Utilize digital platforms and electronic medical record (EMR) systems to maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation and client records.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic client care and support ongoing case management efforts.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse group of clients facing a range of challenges, including stress management, relationship issues, trauma, substance abuse, and other mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• At least two years of counseling experience, ideally in a clinical or community mental health setting.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards pertinent to counseling practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Highland Counseling Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 60,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
