Clinical Manager – Home HealthBuild your future with a growing office that is committed to promoting from within.BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinical Manager in our Cuyahoga Falls, OH Home Health office. This Medicare-certified intermittent skilled care office has proudly served the community for the past two years, providing short-term nursing, rehabilitative, therapeutic, and supportive home health services to adults and seniors through personalized one-hour in-home visits.This leadership role is ideal for a motivated Registered Nurse who is passionate about clinical excellence, team development, and patient safety.In this role, you will:Lead, inspire and motivate clinical staff to provide outstanding patient careConduct clinical assessments and supervisory visits throughout Cuyahoga Falls and the surrounding areasDevelop individualized care plans and oversee implementation of servicesSupervise and support RNs, PT's, OT's SLP's and other field staffFacilitate new hire orientation and onboardingConduct competency evaluations for both new and tenured staffReview and monitor clinical documentation within Home Care Home BaseEnsure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and quality initiativesQualifications:Minimum of 2 years experience as an RNPrior Home Health and OASIS experience required (minimum 1 year)Acute care, medical-surgical, and/or sub-acute experience a plusStrong clinical, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to build strong relationships with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teamsBAYADA Offers:Competitive base salary of $82K-$86k annually depending on experienceBAYADA offers a comprehensive benefits plan that includes the following: Paid holidays, vacation and sick leave, vision, dental and medical health plans, employer paid life insurance, 401k with company match, direct deposit and employee assistance programTo learn more about BAYADA Benefits, click hereBAYADA Home Health Care, Inc., and its associated entities and joint venture partners, are Equal Opportunity Employers.
