We're seeking the right candidate for the position of Accounts Payable/Administrative Assistant at Sterlington Community Care Center . In this vital role, you'll ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care while collaborating with a dedicated team, providing exceptional clinical leadership and support.

What You Bring to the Table:

Essential Qualifications:

Extreme patience and ability to accept direction.

Strong accounting skills, specifically accounts payable.

Ability to assist in project management by tracking deadlines and facilitating communication.

Handle expense reporting, invoicing, and basic accounting tasks.

Requirements

The Ideal Candidate:

High school diploma or GED.
Minimum 2 years of administrative work experience in a medical environment.
Proficient in MS Office.
Strong communication skills.
Professional demeanor and appearance.
Ability to work under pressure.
Working knowledge of basic medical procedures.
