This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to deliver care from your own environment. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' psychological and emotional needs, ensuring tailored treatment strategies for individuals and groups.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of all client interactions within our Electronic Health Record (EHR) and practice management systems.

• Foster a culturally inclusive environment by integrating clients' diverse backgrounds and perspectives into your therapeutic approach.

• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with clients, their families, and other professionals involved in their care.

• Write comprehensive progress notes, treatment summaries, and case reports to monitor client progress and refine treatment strategies when necessary.

• Support clients in crisis situations through immediate intervention and by connecting them with relevant resources.

• Engage in continuous professional development to stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse range of clients, including individuals experiencing substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, and trauma. This role emphasizes the importance of understanding and respecting the varied cultural identities and values of clients, ensuring that your approach to treatment is both personalized and effective.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A current and unrestricted LCSW license to practice in California.

• Ability to produce concise and detailed progress notes and documentation promptly following client sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers an annual salary range of $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to financial compensation, you will receive:
