Join Morehead State University

Morehead State University is seeking an on-campus Online Admissions Counselor to join the Department of Enrollment Services team. In this role, you will recruit, advise, and enroll prospective students interested in Morehead State University's fully online programs. The position serves as the primary contact for online students from inquiry through enrollment, providing personalized virtual recruitment, enrollment support, virtual events, virtual tours, orientation assistance, and tracking/ identifying ghost students.

About the Position

As the Online Admissions Counselor you will:

• Recruits prospective students for fully online undergraduate and graduate programs
• Serves as the primary enrollment counselor from inquiry through enrollment for these students.
• Conduct one-on-one virtual appointments and assist with virtual campus tours.
• Host virtual recruitment events and webinars.
• Coordinates virtual orientation for online students.
• Provides guidance regarding admissions, transfer, residency, financial aid, and enrollment.
• Communicate with students through CRM, phone, email, text, and video.
• Collaborate with academic departments and campus partners.
• Maintains accurate CRM records and prepares reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn CRM systems
