Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that specifically address each patient's unique goals, needs, and physical capabilities.
• Maintain a manageable patient caseload to allow for thorough assessments, detailed treatment, and consistent monitoring of progress.
• Utilize advanced orthopedic techniques and physical therapy modalities acquired during your professional experience to provide effective treatment.
• Adopt cost-effective strategies in treatment to optimize patient recovery while minimizing the use of medications through non-invasive alternatives.
• Create and oversee tailored fitness and wellness programs that enhance patients' overall physical health and empower them in their journey to recovery.
• Conduct thorough evaluations and documentation of treatment effectiveness using electronic medical records (EMR), particularly Web PT, to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Motivate and coach patients throughout their rehabilitation process, fostering their adherence to treatment plans and self-management strategies.
• Regularly collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care coordination and optimal patient outcomes.
• Continuously adapt treatment approaches based on feedback and evolving patient assessments to improve therapy effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our facility primarily serves a diverse population of patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. This role will involve working closely with adults and seniors who seek to regain strength, flexibility, and independence. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• An active and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.
• Demonstrated excellence in clinical practice, with a spotless license record free of sanctions or disciplinary actions.
• A solid foundation in manual therapy modalities and evidence-based treatment methodologies.
• Proficient use of EMR systems, particularly Web PT, for maintaining accurate and efficient patient records.
• An ongoing commitment to professional development, staying updated with the latest research and advancements in physical therapy.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of three years experience in orthopedic physical therapy, with a focus on outpatient practice preferred.
• Experience in developing and implementing successful rehabilitation programs that have demonstrably improved patient outcomes.
• Familiarity with current physical therapy technologies and therapeutic modalities.
