Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Mindful Physical Therapy, your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Conducting thorough examinations and evaluations to assess patients' functional abilities and disabilities.
• Designing customized treatment plans based on individual patient needs and goals.
• Implementing therapeutic interventions, monitoring progress, and modifying plans as needed to improve outcomes.
• Maintaining clear communication with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members throughout the treatment process.
• Documenting patient progress and treatment plans accurately in compliance with applicable standards.
• Participating in community outreach programs to promote physical health and wellness.
• Providing education to patients, families, and caregivers regarding treatment techniques and home exercise programs.
• Supervising and mentoring support staff, including physical therapy assistants and aides.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will serve at our Lehigh Acres facility include a diverse group of patients ranging from post-operative orthopedic cases to those with chronic pain or neurological conditions. Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid State License in Physical Therapy and BLS certification.

• Proficiency in software and electronic systems for patient management and documentation.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
