About The Role As a Benefits Account Manager , you'll be the go-to partner for clients when it comes to managing their employee benefits. In this role, you'll provide key day-to-day support for benefit renewals, helping clients explore new benefit options, and address any escalated billing or employee issues. You'll build trusted relationships with clients and carriers alike, making sure that every interaction reflects our commitment to service, accuracy, and care. This role requires a valid Ohio Health & Life Insurance license; or the ability to quickly obtain one. What You'll Do Manage a portfolio of clients, serving as their primary point of contact for benefit-related support. Maintain strong client relationships, helping clients make informed decisions about benefit offerings and introducing new products when appropriate. Provide education and support to help clients and their employees understand benefit options and processes. Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows and ensure timely service delivery. Stay organized and accountable, managing tasks independently while keeping communication open with your team and clients. Contribute to continuous improvement, sharing ideas and feedback that help streamline processes and elevate the client experience.
