Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including implementing psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to understand client needs.

• Work collaboratively with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that are culturally relevant and tailored to their specific goals.

• Utilize a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including CBT, DBT, and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), in various formats such as individual, couple, family, and group therapy.

• Provide crisis intervention services as needed, working in coordination with other healthcare professionals to facilitate continuity of care for clients in acute distress.

• Ensure comprehensive documentation of all client interactions including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, adhering to clinic policies and regulatory standards.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, providing them with the knowledge and tools necessary to manage their mental health effectively.

• Engage with a multidisciplinary team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to coordinate and enhance patient care.
