Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans for clients suffering from low acuity mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and relationship challenges.

• Monitor client progress using our platform's integrated goal-setting and tracking tools, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities through direct access to a network of over 10,000 therapists for peer support.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, ensuring adherence to ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Telehealth LPCC, your client base will primarily consist of stable, low acuity adults seeking assistance with mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), grief, and weight management. Our commitment to providing a safe and supportive environment means you will not be assigned to cases involving severe mental health crises or children, allowing you to focus your skills where they are most impactful.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A valid and unrestricted LPCC license in the state of California, free from any disciplinary actions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer competitive compensation with a salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, new hires will receive a substantial sign-on bonus and a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors.
