Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop tailored therapeutic strategies for clients.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to diverse client groups, including individuals, couples, and families.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy to address client needs.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care and ensure client well-being.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, workshops, and training to stay current with mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our center primarily serves individuals and families who may face barriers to accessing mental health care. This includes those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a counseling role, preferably in a clinical setting, is essential.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
