Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of senior clients’ needs, taking into account their mental, emotional, and social health.

• Develop customized treatment strategies and plans based on assessment outcomes, aligning with each client's unique goals.

• Provide supportive counseling and psychotherapy sessions for senior and adult clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

• Research and refer clients to appropriate resources and community programs to enhance their mental health and overall quality of life.

• Document all client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with organizational policies and HIPAA guidelines.

• Participate actively in case discussions and team meetings to foster communication and collaboration among peers.

• Stay informed on the latest trends and best practices in social work and mental health to continuously improve service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

We primarily serve an elderly population as well as adult clients facing a variety of mental health challenges. Our emphasis is on providing empathetic and tailored support to individuals who may encounter physical, emotional, or psychological barriers to receiving care. By focusing on the specific needs of this population, our LCSW will play a vital role in helping clients navigate their experiences and achieve personal resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, with a valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong proficiency in computer tools, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), remote communication platforms, and electronic health records (EHR) systems.

• Ability to work independently while managing a caseload and adhering to deadlines.

Preferred Experience\n

• The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
