Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to collect detailed information about clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that incorporate specific goals and outline clear interventions designed to meet each client’s unique needs.

• Engage in ongoing collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Facilitate psychoeducation classes, support groups, and group therapy sessions to enhance clients’ coping skills and promote mental wellness.

• Provide crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning to ensure immediate client needs are addressed effectively.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n
