For more information, visit .Summary of Role:As a Staff Business Finance partner, you will support Product Line and Business Finance leadership in planning, performance management, and investment decisions. This role requires strong financial judgment, independent problem solving, and the ability to turn complex data into clear recommendations that influence business strategy.Essential Responsibilities:Develops, implements, and maintains the quarterly forecast, annual budget planning and long-range planning cycles, highlighting key risks and opportunitiesAnalyze revenue, margin, operating expense, and manufacturing cost performance to identify business drivers and decision points. Monitors financial performance through analyzing and reporting variances to forecastsPartner with Product Management, Sales, Operations, and R&D on pricing, cost structure, and product line trade-offsBuild financial models and business cases for strategic initiatives, investments, capex, and portfolio decisionsApply knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing economics, including utilization, cost absorption, and margin drivers, to business decisionsDeliver executive-ready reporting and insights that support business and investment decisionsLead deep-dive analyses on cost optimization, investment trade-offs, and performance trendsEstablishes fiscal controls, prepares financial reports, maintain strong relationships with product management, sales, R&D and site finance teamsIncreases organizational productivity by working with internal partners to develop repeatable business processes, automating processes and AI solutions to optimize efficiencyRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field6+ years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, sales finance, or management consultingStrong financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to structure complex problems and work independentlyExperience in manufacturing finance, cost structures, or other complex operating environmentsDemonstrated ownership, sound business judgment, and the ability to influence decisionsAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skillsStrong communication skills with the ability to translate financial and operational data into business recommendationsFluency in English (written & verbal)Preferred Qualifications:MBA or advanced degreeSemiconductor or high-tech industry experienceExperience supporting product lines, business units, or technical teamsExposure to capital planning, investment analysis, M&A, partnerships, or R&D portfolio supportExperience preparing executive-level reporting and business casesExpected Salary Range$88,000.00 - $154,000.00The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.If you need a reasonable accommodation for any part of the employment process, please contact us by email at View email address on click.appcast.io and let us know the nature of your request and your contact information.
