Responsibilities Assist with day‑to‑day accounting operations including accounts payable and accounts receivable Process and record financial transactions accurately in accounting software Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts Prepare and organize financial documents, invoices, and expense reports Support month‑end and year‑end close processes Assist in the preparation of financial reports and summaries for management Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies Requirements Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred 1+ years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry Solid understanding of basic accounting principles (GAAP) Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment About Us ACFN Franchised Inc., headquartered in San Jose, CA, is a trusted leader in the ATM franchise industry, providing convenient cash access solutions to hotels and businesses across North America.
