This role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to extending offers and conducting new employee orientations. The successful candidate will work under immediate supervision, relying on established guidelines to perform job functions. Key Responsibilities Recruit and interview potential candidates for open positions. Conduct reference checks for prospective employees. Formulate and extend job offers to selected candidates. Lead orientation sessions for new employees. Perform exit interviews and process changes in employee status. Required Qualifications Education: A bachelor's degree in a relevant area of specialty may be required. Experience: 0‑2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field is required.
