Job#: 3035123 Recruiter - Recruiter II Location: Seattle, Washington (Onsite) Employment Type: Contract Role Overview We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates through an applicant tracking system. This role involves building and maintaining a network of candidates, managing multiple searches, and ensuring a healthy pipeline of talent. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain a network of active and passive candidates through ongoing relationship management. Screen and assess candidates to determine job fit and anticipate hiring manager preferences. Drive and assess the health of the candidate pipeline volume and velocity. Execute sourcing strategies to meet performance goals. Manage all job postings and ensure they are current in recruiting systems. Adhere to internal company processes and service level agreements for all recruiting aspects. Drive consistent messaging to protect data integrity and reporting accuracy. Manage and prioritize multiple searches, projects, and client relationships. Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree. Experience: 3-4 years of experience in recruiting, specifically in sourcing. Experience building candidate sourcing pipelines is required. Experience with passive sourcing is a plus. Technical Skills: Experience with an applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.
