Daily responsibilities are structured around a standard schedule of Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life integration.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual teletherapy sessions to address a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment methodologies to create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Engage clients in goal-setting exercises to promote self-awareness and resilience while motivating them towards personal development.

• Monitor and document client progress in compliance with organizational policies and state regulations, employing our electronic health record (EHR) system efficiently.

In this role, you will primarily work with diverse adult clients who seek support for various mental health concerns. Our clients include individuals facing anxiety, depression, PTSD, and overall stress related to personal and professional life challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• An active, unrestricted Georgia state license as an LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), or LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) is essential.

• At least two years of direct clinical experience providing mental health services to clients is mandatory.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for building trust and rapport with clients.
