Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working primarily with individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, ranging from mild to severe conditions. Our diverse client base includes adolescents, adults, and families from different backgrounds. As a counselor, you will play a crucial role in promoting recovery, enhancing coping strategies, and fostering mental health awareness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders and proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Effective assessment and treatment planning skills, with a proven ability to engage with a diverse population.

• Demonstrated adherence to ethical practices and professional boundaries.

Compensation and Benefits\n
