Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly supervision and mentorship to practicum students working towards their clinical licensure or completing their Master’s programs, fostering their skills and professionalism.

• Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities tailored to client needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals and community resources to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Develop, implement, and oversee personalized treatment plans based on client assessments and therapy goals.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records and documentation in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards.

• Continuously seek out and integrate the latest research, best practices, and advancements in psychotherapy to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Harris Psychotherapy Ltd. offers a comprehensive compensation package with a competitive salary range of USD 52,000 – 100,000 annually, depending on full-time or part-time status. Our benefits package includes:
