Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health challenges and emotional well-being, using structured interviews and standardized assessment tools.

• Develop collaborative and individualized treatment plans that are evidence-based and tailored to meet the unique goals and needs of each client.

• Provide a variety of therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Continuously monitor clients’ progress towards therapeutic goals, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary based on their evolving needs.

• Offer crisis intervention services efficiently and compassionately, ensuring immediate support for clients experiencing acute mental health crises.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and ethical practice standards are upheld.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to provide holistic care and support to clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, LCSW-C) with a focus on comprehensive mental health care.
