Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the unique needs and challenges of each client.

• Lead engaging therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), aimed at fostering treatment goals.

• Provide specialized support for clients grappling with PTSD, developing individualized treatment plans that promote healing.

• Manage client cases effectively by coordinating care activities, maintaining communication with clients, and monitoring progress.

• Maintain accurate and organized records in accordance with ICD-9 standards, ensuring compliance and facilitating continuity of care.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychologists and social workers, to create a holistic support network for clients.

• Engage families in the therapeutic process, facilitating workshops and sessions to enhance communication and strengthen relationships.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele ranging from children to adults facing various mental health issues, particularly those experiencing PTSD, anxiety, depression, and other behavioral concerns. Qualifications\n

• A completed Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• An active and valid California license (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT) to provide therapeutic services.

• Minimum of 2 years of post-graduate experience in therapy and case management is essential.

• Proficiency in evidence-based therapy approaches, including CBT and ABA, to address complex mental health issues.

Compensation and Benefits\n
