After-Sales Service Engineer (Air Compressor)
Denair energy saving technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in air compressor service or a similar industrial equipment service role.
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills for international communication.
- Strong technical skills in mechanical and electrical systems, particularly related to air compressors.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for service tasks. 1. Provide professional after-sales support for air compressor installations, maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Conduct regular checks and maintenance on air compressor systems to prevent potential faults.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide technical advice.
- Continuously improve service processes and customer satisfaction levels.
