【任职要求】

1、本科及以上学历，自动化、机械电子或相关专业，英语流利；（优秀应届生亦可）；

2、拥有2年以上激光设备售后经验优先；

3、具备极强的跨文化沟通力与抗压能力；

4、认同公司价值观，学习能力强，能接受弹性工作制及频繁出差安排。

Bachelor’s degree or above in Automation, Mechatronics or related majors with fluent English proficiency; outstanding fresh graduates are also acceptable. At least two years of working experience in after-sales service of laser equipment. Excellent cross-cultural communication skills and strong ability to work under pressure. Recognize the company’s core values, quick to learn, and able to work flexible hours and travel frequently. 【工作内容】 1、负责公司产品在海外（美国、印度、墨西哥、马来西亚等）的售后服务工作，处理客诉，及时反馈给客户处理结果；

2、主导售后项目的技术交底，编写故障分析报告并提供专业解决方案；

3、协调国内研发与生产部门，反馈产品缺陷并跟进改进措施落地；

4、管理海外备件库存，优化物流流程，确保设备交付与售后响应时效；

5、收集一线应用数据，协助完善产品操作手册，完善海外技术培训资料。

Take charge of after-sales service for the company’s products overseas, handle customer complaints and feed back resolution results to customers in a timely manner. Lead technical handover for after-sales projects, compile fault analysis reports and provide professional technical solutions. Coordinate with domestic R&D and production departments, report product defects and follow up the implementation of improvement measures. Manage overseas spare parts inventory and optimize logistics procedures to guarantee on-time equipment delivery and efficient after-sales response. Collect on-site application data, assist in updating product operation manuals and overseas technical training materials.
