Payroll Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with an Information Technology firm to fill a permanent Payroll Manager position. We are searching for someone with strong multi-state and international payroll management experience that can be successful in a stand-alone position. Responsibilities Managing semi-monthly payroll process for 300+ employees Managing a monthly payroll for small portion of international employees (UK, LATAM) Responding to employee payroll inquiries in a timely manner Setting up new hires, processing terminations, and making any necessary changes to pay rates, salaries, or deductions/garnishments Ensuring compliance with local, state, federal, and foreign wage laws Working closely with HR and Finance teams on reporting, process improvement initiatives, and system upgrades/implementations if needed Ad-hoc payroll related projects/reporting as they come up Qualifications Experience with both multi-state and international payroll experience is required Ability to be in a stand-alone payroll position Schedule 9 - 6 PM, flexibility on start time/end time 2 days in office, 3 days remote Compensation Information Salaried with 10% discretionary bonus 120 - 125k annual salary Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable: The California Fair Chance Act Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers #J-18808-Ljbffr
