Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs, leading to the development of individualized treatment plans.

• Regularly establish and review therapeutic goals in partnership with clients, ensuring their involvement in the treatment process and monitoring their progress throughout the sessions.

• Provide teletherapy options, enabling clients who face accessibility challenges, or prefer virtual sessions, to receive continuous emotional support.

• Ensure compliance with ethical standards by maintaining accurate, timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for the establishment of a safe and trusting therapeutic rapport with clients.

• Demonstrated empathy and compassion, along with a non-judgmental approach to understanding clients’ experiences and challenges.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, facilitating effective caseload management and adherence to administrative responsibilities.
