The Staff Pad is hiring Registered Nurses for a  high-acuity Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU)in Wausau, WI—perfect for nurses who want to  expand their skillset beyond med-surg and move toward critical care .

Pay: $36 – $51/hour (based on experience)

Work with a diverse patient population including  neuro, trauma, post-surgical, and complex medical cases , gaining hands-on experience with advanced interventions in a supportive, team-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver hands-on, patient-centered care for complex cases
  
• Work closely with CNAs and interdisciplinary teams
  
• Build advanced clinical skills across multiple specialties
  

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts (days or nights)
  

Requirements

• RN license (WI or compact eligible)
  
• BLS required

Open to  new grads and experienced RNs .
