This is a remote position that provides flexibility while working collaboratively with educational staff and families to support students’ mental health needs. You will participate in regular virtual meetings with other professionals, including educators and therapists, to discuss individual care and ensure a cohesive support system for students. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments through structured interviews, observational techniques, and information gathered from educational assessments to pinpoint factors impacting students’ emotional and social functioning.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the educational team, tailoring interventions to meet the specific needs of each student.

• Provide therapeutic counseling and emotional support to students and their families, helping them navigate adjustment issues, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral challenges.

• Facilitate access to community resources and support services, creating a bridge between the school environment and external organizations that enhance student resilience and coping strategies.

• Participate actively in multidisciplinary meetings for case discussions and discharge planning, ensuring a smooth transition when students are ready to reintegrate into school or community settings.

• Deliver educational workshops and informational sessions for teachers, staff, and parents, focusing on mental health awareness and effective strategies to support students.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of assessments, treatments, and interactions in compliance with state legislation and ethical guidelines, ensuring accountability and continuity of care.

This role targets students ranging from elementary to high school, encompassing a variety of psychological and emotional conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary range of $75,000 to $100,000, with the potential for bonuses based on performance.
