Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ psychological well-being to identify appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Develop and implement effective treatment plans utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapy modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, or mindfulness practices.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, guiding clients through their mental health journeys and promoting personal growth.

• Set therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and continually monitor their progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

• Provide teletherapy options to ensure access to care for clients facing logistical or mobility challenges.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with ethical and organizational standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Therapists will work closely with individuals experiencing challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, and other psychological conditions. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current and valid state license as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Social Worker (LSW).

• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required; however, a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is strongly preferred.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to maintaining a non-judgmental and empathetic attitude towards clients.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of managing a diverse caseload.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Pathways of Wisdom offers competitive compensation ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to a generous salary, we provide a sign-on bonus for licensed therapists joining our team.
