Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Managing a caseload of clients, establishing and nurturing positive relationships while maintaining professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conducting regular client meetings to review their progress, discuss stability, and plan upcoming appointments, including discharge planning when appropriate.

• Developing, implementing, and monitoring person-centered treatment plans tailored to individual needs and goals.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation and progress notes to ensure compliance and continuity of care.

• Performing comprehensive intake assessments that consider the unique psychological, emotional, and social needs of each client.

• Facilitating individual therapy sessions and adapting therapeutic techniques to meet the varying needs of clients.

• Engaging in regular individual supervision to reflect on practice and enhance clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will primarily be on youth and their families, addressing a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and substance use disorders. You will utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques — from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to trauma-informed care — to empower clients and facilitate healing. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.

• Active and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
