Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments of clients to evaluate the severity and duration of mood disorder symptoms, and utilize this information to create personalized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring that treatment aligns with each client’s specific goals and preferences.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies to empower them in their therapeutic journey.

• Continuously monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary while ensuring coordination with psychiatrists and other medical specialists for integrated care delivery.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
